Currency & pricing
All prices on gonimble.com are displayed in US dollars (USD) by default. If your billing currency differs, your bank or payment provider will apply their own conversion rate at the time of purchase.
We may display prices in your local currency based on your location, but the final transaction will be processed in USD unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.
For US orders, sales tax is collected in states where we are required to do so. International customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or other taxes assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Billing & charges
You will be charged at the time your order is placed. Once payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your receipt.
If a payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed. You may need to verify the payment method with your bank or provider, or try a different method.
Pre-orders and back-ordered items are typically charged at the time of order. The expected ship date will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Security & processing
All transactions on gonimble.com are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is certified compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1) — the highest level of compliance for payment processors.
When you submit your payment information, it is sent directly to our payment processor in encrypted form. You can verify the connection is secure by looking for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and confirming the URL begins with "https://".
For express checkout methods (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay), your payment information is handled by the respective service and we never receive your full card details.
Your payment data is encrypted. Card numbers are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption and tokenized for storage. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Fraud prevention
To protect both customers and our business, we use industry-standard fraud detection tools to review orders. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity or payment information before fulfilling an order. This may include:
- Requesting confirmation of your billing address
- Confirming the order with the cardholder by phone or email
- Requesting additional verification documents
If we are unable to verify an order or suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any charges.
Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund under our Refund Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days after we issue the refund
- Digital wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay): 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Buy now, pay later: refund timing depends on the provider
If you don't see your refund after the expected window, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as they handle the final crediting of funds.
International orders
We ship to select countries outside the United States. International customers should be aware that:
- Orders will be charged in USD; your bank will handle currency conversion
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total
- Some payment methods may not be available in all regions
- Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination
