Refund policy

Within 30 days after date of purchase, return any undamaged Nimble product for any reason. No questions asked.

For products purchased at gonimble.com, visit gonimble.com/returns to print out a prepaid shipping label, and send it back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll issue you a full credit within 7-10 business days. Easy.

For products purchased on Amazon, please follow the return instructions on Amazon.com.

All Nimble products are covered for up to 12 months after date of purchase. If a product is defective (not damaged due to normal use), return it for a replacement. To request a replacement, visit gonimble.com/warranty to register your product, provide proof of purchase and valid credit card information. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for shipping the defective product back to us. Keep in mind, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the replacement product, plus shipping costs, if defective product is not returned within (60) days.
